主要分析国内外分布式能源发展趋势和应用现状,结合浙江省经济社会发展态势和能源供应情况,阐述浙江省发展分布式能源的必要性,分析有利条件和制约因素,探讨发展方向,并提出建议。
The development trend and present application situation of distributed energy at home and abroad are introduced. Based on economic and social development situation and energy supply situation of Zhejiang province, the necessity of distributed energy development in Zhejiang province is analysed, the advantages and restriction factors are discussed, the development direction is explored, and some suggestions are given.
