放化疗联合金龙胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤临床疗效观察

The clinical observation on the radio-chemotherapy combined with JLC in treatment of malignant tumors

目的进一步观察金龙胶囊联合放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将158例恶性肿瘤患者分为放化疗组(对照组)和放化疗联合金龙胶囊组(试验组),其中对照组77例,试验组81例。试验组治疗开始口服金龙胶囊,每天3次,每次4粒,连续服用至治疗结束。两组中同一病种化疗方案及剂量基本相近。结果对照组总有效率和生活质量改善率分别为42.9%、46.8%,试验组分别为64.2%、69.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组白细胞减少发生率为75.3%,高于试验组的53.1%(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低,CD8+增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而试验组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤放化疗过程中并用金龙胶囊能增强机体免疫功能,促进肿瘤消退,改善患者生活质量,且不增加骨髓抑制。

Objective To observe clinic results of the radio-chemotherapy combined with JLC in patients with malignant tumors. Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with malignant tumors were divided into two groups： 77patients in control group （radio-chemotherapy）, 81 patients in test group （radio-chemotherapy combined with JLC）. Results Total remission rate and improvement rate of quality of life in control group were 42.9% and 46.8%, while those were 64.2% and 69.1% in test group （P〈0.05）. The rate of leucopenia in control group was 75.3%, which was higher than that in test group （53.1%, P〈0.05）. CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was decreased and CD8^＋ increased in control group （P〈0.01） , while those parameters changed slightly in test group. Conclusion Radio-chemotherapy combined with JLC may enhance immune function, improve the quality of life, whereas do not increase myelosuppression of patients.
