钛制弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折 被引量：6

摘要 小儿股骨干骨折是小儿常见骨折,常用的治疗方法有牵引、人字石膏固定、切开复位加压钢板固定、闭合复位外固定架固定及刚性髓内针固定等,然而这些方法均有其不足之处。近年来临床逐渐采用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折,我院已应用20例,均取得满意的疗效,报道如下。
