摘要
手助腹腔镜手术是国际上近年发展起来的一项新技术,其基本方法是术者经手助装置将非优势手伸入腹腔协助手术的完成。我们从2002年至2005年共实施了6例手助腹腔镜结肠次全切除术，效果良好，现报道如下。
