摘要
以摆线类齿轮泵为例,介绍聚合物输送用齿轮泵特殊齿廓转子型线快速设计方法,以平面啮合理论为基础,对转子齿廓各段型线的啮合进行了分析,建立了啮合方程,在确定其各原始参数的基础上,利用VB编程在AutoCAD下实现外啮合摆线类齿轮泵转子端面齿廓的快速绘制,为三维造型奠定了基础.
The cycloidal type gear pump is taken as an example to introduce the method of rapid design of special roller profile of gear pump for transterring polymer. On the basis of plane meshing theory, meshing of every sect of the roter tooth profile is analyzed. The profile equation is founded. Making use of VB, the rapid drawing of cycloidal type profile is realized on the basis of original parameters. It establishes the basis of three-dimension modeling.
