摘要
工程建设项目投标报价中,材料费占投标价的比例较大且受市场波动的影响,利用灰色系统算法提出预测材料价格变化区间的方法,预测材料将来的预期价格,可为投标人提供决策的参考信息,较合理地规避风险.
Among the bid prices of a construction project, the material cost takes a considerably larger proportion and is easily affected by the market. Grey system advances a method of predicting the arrange of material price variation to forecast the probable prices in the future, which can provide references for the bidder and help to avoid risks scientifically.
