麻疯油制备生物柴油过程中固体酸催化剂的研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用高酸值麻疯油中游离脂肪酸与甲醇预酯化反应作为目标反应,通过对几类固体酸(Hβ、HM、SAPO-11、HZSM-5分子筛,D72、DOO5-Ⅱ阳离子交换树脂,ST-Ⅰ、SZ、ST-Ⅱ固体超强酸,TiO2、ZrO2氧化物)的筛选,得到了原料廉价、制备简单、酯化活性高的ST-Ⅱ系列固体酸。固体酸酸强度和酸量的测定表明:对于高酸值麻疯树油中游离脂肪酸与甲醇的预酯化反应,-12.70≤H0≤0.8范围的酸中心具有较好的催化活性。 A variety of solid acid catalysts were compared through pre - esterification of free fatty acid in high acid value Jatropha curccas L. seed oil with methanol. The pre - esterification activity of solid acids decreases in the following order: ST - Ⅱ (400) 〉 SZ〉ST- Ⅰ 〉D005- Ⅱ 〉HM〉Hβ〉 HZSM-5 〉ZrO2 〉SAPO-11 〉TiO2 〉D72. ST-Ⅱ solid acid with the highest activity, prepared by directly calcining cheap metatitanic acid, has industrial outlook for esterification. It was indicated from the determining of solid acid strength and amount that for the pre - esterification of free fatty acid in high acid value Jatropha curccas L. oil with methanol, the acid site in H0 between - 12.70 and 0.8 has better catalytic activity.
