摘要
从加入PEG的共混比、PEG分子量,交联剂用量及单位面积的涂胶量等因素对涂层织物的透湿性及耐水压方面进行了分析研究。实验结果表明,在聚氨酯涂层胶中加入PEG后,可以明显的提高织物的透湿量,当PEG分子量为400,用量为5%,交联剂为用量为1%,焙烘条件为150℃3 m in时整理效果最好,产品的透湿量在4 000 g/m2/24 h以上,静水压也超过了500 mm水柱。
The influlences of the PEG dosage, PEG molecular weight, crosslinking agent dosage and proofing dosage of unit area etc. on moisture - penetrability and Anti - water pressure of coated fabrics were analysed in this paper. The result showed that moisture - penetrability is improved after adding PGE into polyurethane coating, when molecular weight of PEG is 400, PEG dosage is 5 %, dosage of crosslinking agent is 1%, Calcination temperture and time are 150℃ and 3 min, effect of treatment is best, water vapor permeability is over 4 000 g/m^2/24 h, Anti - static water - pressure is over 500 mm water column.
