摘要
日本生鲜蔬菜进口数量激增的原因很多,本文侧重于从日本市场蔬菜供求品种结构发生变化的角度分析其所带来的"供给不足"。在日本开展的一项调查表明:日本无论一般消费者,还是加工企业和餐饮业都呼吁减少进口蔬菜,增加国产蔬菜的供给。针对此需求,日本政府开始实施"蔬菜改革结构对策",对现有蔬菜产地提出了目标分类的重组战略,旨在增强本国产品竞争力。
There can be a long list of explanations for Japan's sharply increasing import of fresh vegetables. The paper focuses on the short supply of vegetables, by analyzing the changing structure of its demand and supply. A survey shows that the Japanese consumers, the food processing industry, and the dining industry are appealing for a reduction of imports and an increase in the supply of domestic vegetables. The strong requirement has driven the Japanese government to make a plan of adjusting the product structure of vegetables. The plan includes a target based restructuring strategy, which aims at improving the competitiveness of Japan's domestic vegetable products.
