结肠顺行灌洗在左半结肠癌并急性梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合中的应用

The Application of the Colon Filling along the Line Washes in Excision Tallies of Left Knot Cancer of Intestine and Acute Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨结肠顺行灌洗在左半结肠癌并急性梗阻采用Ⅰ期吻合的效果。方法回顾性分析我科34例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻术中采用结肠顺行灌洗后行Ⅰ期切除吻合患者的资料。结果34例患者均治愈出院,切口感染5例,2例肺部感染,无1例出现吻合口漏。结论掌握手术适应症,术中正确使用结肠顺行灌洗法,左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合是可行的。

Objective To discuss the effect of the colon to fill along the line washes at the left knot cancer of the intestines and the acute obstruction. Methods Analyze dinical material of 34 patients with left knots cancer of the intestines and the acute intestinal obstruction technique uses the colon to fill after the line washes a line of issue of excision to tally. Results 34 patients were cured, the margin 5 patients with infection, 2 patients with lung infection, no one is leak. Conclusion Grasp the surgery indication, and use the colon to fill along the line washes, the left knot cancer of the intestines and an acute intestinal obstruction line of issue of excision tallies are feasible.
