摘要
介绍了聚碳酸酯(PC)的性能及其常用的阻燃剂,重点为磺酸盐系阻燃剂,目前工业上常用的有KSS、PPFBS、STB3种。讨论了磺酸盐系阻燃剂的阻燃机理。根据磺酸盐系阻燃剂的应用现状及研究进展情况,预测了此类阻燃剂的发展方向。
In this paper, the properites of PC and the commonly used flame retardants, especially sulphonate flame retardant, for it were introduced. There are three sulfonate flame retardants, potassium phenylculphonyl benzene sulfonat （KSS）, potassium perfluorbutyl sulfonat （PPFBS） and sodium 2,4,5-trichlor benzene sulfonate （STB）, commonly used in PC. The flame retardant mechanism of sulphonate for PC is discussed. Based on the applications and R＆D progresses in the sulphonats, the development trend for sulphonate flame retardant is forecasted.
