摘要
利用水热法制备了具有广泛用途的镁系助剂,用XRD、TEM、SEM和TG分析对产物进行了表征,并通过差减微分法对氢氧化镁的热分解动力学进行了研究。结果表明,当尿素浓度为2.5mol/L,水热温度为120℃时可得到结晶度和分散性良好的镁铝水滑石;随着[Mg2+]/[OH-]不同,碱式硫酸镁产物呈纤维状、束状及棒状;以纤维状碱式硫酸镁为前驱物可得到棒状氢氧化镁;通过加入十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)得到纳米六方片状氢氧化镁;棒状和片状氢氧化镁的表观分解活化能△E分别为234.601kJ/mol和179.814kJ/mol。
Several widely used magnesium-based additives were synthesized by hrodrothermal method and the products were characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM and TG.Besides, the thermal decomposition kinetics of magnesium hydroxide was studied by Freeman-Carroll method.The results showed that magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite could be obtained at 120℃ when the concentration of urea was 2.5 mol/L. The morphologies of magnesium oxysulfate could be controlled as fiber-like,bundle-like and rod-like when [Mg^2+]/[OH^-] was changed.Rod-like magnesium hydroxide was prepared by using fiber-like magnesium oxysulfate as the precursor and nanoplate-like magnesium hydroxide was obtained by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS). The activation energies of the rod-like and nanoplate-like magnesium hydroxide were 234.601 kJ/mol and 179.814 kJ/mol respectively.
