人肝癌smmc-7721裸小鼠模型经B超介导“99-star”治疗后癌组织Survivin基因蛋白的表达

Expression of Survivin in experimental study of human hepatollular carcinoma treating with Chinese medicine"99-star"

目的探讨Survivin基因蛋白(下简称Survivin)在人肝癌smmc-7721裸小鼠模型,经"99-star"治疗后肝组织的表达。方法以"99-star"注射人肝癌smmc-7721裸小鼠模型,分"99-star"组12只,酒精组3只,生理盐水组4只;在裸鼠的双侧背部一侧注射药物而另一侧空白对照。采用免疫组化SP方法,检测上述各组肝癌中Survivin的表达。结果Survivin在"99-star"组P=0.022,酒精组P=1.000,盐水组P=0.465。结论Sur-vivin在"99-star"B超介入治疗肝癌中起耐药作用,可作为肝癌药物治疗敏感预测指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin in experimental study of human hepatocellular carcinoma model in nude mice smmc 7721 treated with Chinese medicine “99-star” . Methods The human hepatocelLular carcinoma model were divided into three groups as follows： “99-star” groups were 12 nude mice, alcohol group were three nude mice and four nude mice for normal saline. All of these nude mice were injected Chinese medicine of“99-star” in one side of dorsal, and the other side was in control. The Survivin expression of all the experimental specimens were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The Survivin expression of different groups were as follows： P value of “99-star” group, alcohol group and normal saline group was 0. 025, 1. 000 and 0. 465, respectively. Conclusion Survivin may mediated drug-resistance in human hepatollular carcinoma treated with Chinese medicine “99-star”, and might be an evaluated marker of drug treatment in human hepatollular carcinoma.
