摘要 利用氯仿的易挥发性,建立了顶空进样气相色谱法测定饮用水中氯仿的分析方法。优化了实验条件,水样顶空进样通过加入碳酸钠大幅度降低了检测限,最低检出浓度达到0.02 mg/L,加标回收率介于88~93.2%之间。方法准确、快速、灵敏度高、能实现自动化。 According to the volatility of chloroform, the method for determining the chloroform in drinking water was established by gas chromatography with head-space sampling. The experimental condition was optimized, and detection limit was reduced substantially by adding sodium carbonate. The minimum detection concentration reached 0.02 mg/L, and the recovery of added standard was between 88% and 93.2%. The method was accurate, rapid, sensitive and automatic.
