本文从我国《药品生产质量管理规范》要求的角度出发,结合已往的设计经验,对固体制剂前工序中各种制粒方法、总混方法进行介绍,同时对固体制剂制粒、总混工艺和设备选型进行探讨。提出了在以往设计中对设备选型的体会,希望本文对固体制剂在制粒工艺选择方面有所帮助。
