摘要
高精度重力仪是提高舰船惯性导航系统精度的重要设备,其重力传感器信号检测回路的性能决定着仪器的精度。在分析电容式重力传感器检测回路原理的基础上,推导了传感器检测回路模型,分析主要原理误差产生的原因及其特性,给出减小误差的措施,对进一步提高电容式重力传感器的精度具有重要指导作用。
Precise gravimeter is an important equipment for improving the precision of inertial navigation systems(INS). The detection loop of gravity sensor determines its precision and dynamic properties. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the detection loop of the capacitance gravitational sensor, the model of the detection loop is deduced, the characteristic and the sources of the principle error are analyzed, and some ways to minimize the principle error are brought forward. It plays an important role in improving the precision of the gravitational sensor.
