摘要
舰船编队存在着频谱竞争的问题。提出舰船编队电磁频谱实时管理控制方案的设想,着重阐述实现该方案的舰船编队电磁频谱管理专家系统的组成和工作机制,并提出电磁频谱监测的内容和测量设备。
There is frequency spectrum conflict problem in formation of ship. An electromagnetic spectrum management expert system for formation of ship is brought forward in this paper to implement electromagnetic spectrum real-time management control program. The compositions and operation mechanism of the expert system are discussed in detail. In addition, the items and measurement instruments of electromagnetic spectrum monitoring are also provided.
