摘要
介绍了我国油脂深加工研发现状。根据天然油脂中官能团的反应对油脂深加工的路线进行了描述,对当前我国主要油脂衍生产品的制备技术及产品应用进行了总结和分析,并对今后的发展进行了探讨。
The present situation of R＆D for deep processing of fat and oils in China was introduced. The technologies for deep processing of fat ＆ oils based on reactions of functional groups were related. The production and application of the main products derived from fat and oils were summarized and analyzed, and the development in the future was discussed.
