沾化冬枣过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的研究

Studies on the CAT Activity of Zhanhua Winter Date

通过对沾化县3个样地冬枣过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的研究发现,同株冬枣中部CAT活性高,冬枣研究所的冬枣酶活性较高,表明冬枣研究所的冬枣比马武与古城的更能适应不良环境,冬枣叶CAT活性比果实的高,分别高22.4%、38.8%、28.6%.

Studies on the CAT activity of winter date at three samples in Zhanhua County show that the CAT activity in the midst of the tree is the highest of the whole tree. and the CAT activity of winter date at winter date institute is higher than those at Mawu and Gucheng town. The winter date at winter date institute is more fit to environment. The CAT activity in leaves is higher than that in fruit and is 22.4%, 38.8% ,28.6% higher at winter date institute,Mawu and Gucheng town,respectively.
