摘要 小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障时,尽快选出故障线路对电网运行有重要意义,但选线问题迄今为止尚未得到很好的解决。在分析了小电流接地电网发生单相接地时暂态特征的基础上,应用小波变换提取故障暂态信息,并构造出暂态故障测度,从而实现故障选线。由于利用暂态量,本方法适应性强、灵敏度高。大量的MATLAB仿真试验表明,该方法是正确的、可靠的。 When the single phase to earth fault occurs on a small current neutral grounding power system, it is important to select the faulted circuit quickly. However, until now this problem has not been done very well . This paper gives a brief analysis firstly to fault transient characteristics of these kinds of system , then utilizes wavelet transform to obtain useful fault transient components and establishes fault measures about transient characteristic so that realizes fault circuit selection. As using transient components, this method is good at adaptability and sensibility. Massive MATLAB simulations show that the method is correct and reliable.
