摘要
阐述了机械化制作的棉花营养钵适于机械化育苗移栽又不影响棉苗生长发育的要求,对影响机械化制钵强度的因素营养土中纤维与土的质量比、含水量和营养钵的压缩比进行了分析研究。结果表明:当土与纤维的质量比为1.8~2.3,含水量为18%~23%、压缩比为1.8~2.2时,压制的钵体强度可达到适合机械化育苗、移栽要求又不影响棉苗生长的钵体强度300~450N,所需静压制力为1000~1500N。
The demand of mechanized making nutritive bowl for cotton is stated, which according to the needs of mechanically growing and transplanting seeding and not affecting growing of cotton. The test results of the influence of proportion of soil to fiber, nutritive soil moisture content and compression proportion on the strength of mechanized making nutritive bowl indicate: The applicable range of proportion of soil to fiber is 1.8 - 2.3 and nutritive soil moisture content is 18 - 23 percent and compression proportion is 1.8 - 2.2 and the pressure is 1000 ~ 1500N for making the bowl with strength is 300 ~ 450N.
