摘要
目的测定56种元素在中国成年男子同体全血和24h尿样中浓度和估算尿日排出量,探讨两者元素含量间关系。方法在第3阶段器官组织采样相同4地区各采集10例健康成年男子志愿者同体全血和24h尿样。应用ICP—MS、ICP-AES和GFAAS技术,测定56种元素浓度,并采用分光光度法测定各尿样肌酐浓度。结果获得了中国成年男子同体全血与尿样中56种元素和肌酐的浓度及相应日排出量。结论获得中国成年男子同体全血和尿样中这些元素浓度与尿日排出量新资料,为确定中国参考人元素血液组织负荷量和尿日排出量参数参考值提供了初步依据,探索了中国成年男子同体全血和尿样中元素含量间相互关系和地区差异。
Objective To determine the elemental concentrations in whole blood, 24 h urine samples of identical adult men, estimate the relative daily urinary excretion and verify the inter relation between the contents in the blood and urine. Methods During the third stage, in the same 4 areas as sampling organ or tissue samples from autopsy, whole blood and 24 h urine samples of identical subjects were obtained from 10 healthy adult male volunteers in each area. The concentrations of 56 elements in these samples were analyzed by using ICP-MS, ICP-AES and GFAAS techniques. The concentrations of urinary creatinine in these urine samples were determined by using spectrophotometer method. Results The concentrations of the 56 elements in these whole blood and urine samples from identical subjects, urinary creatlnine and related daily urinary excretions were obtained for these Chinese adult men. Conclusions The new data on concentrations of these elements in whole blood and urine samples of identical subjects and their daily urinary excretions for Chinese adult man were obtained. These results provide the preliminary basis for developing reference values of both elemental burden parameter in blood tissue and their daily urinary excretion for Chinese Reference Man, and explore the inter relation between the elemental contents in these whole blood and urine samples from identical subjects and the area differences.
