摘要
光阱式光探测器的优点是增大响应信号,减小测量信号的反射比,因而问世20年来应用大增。本文先说明了骨架设计中消偏振的理论考虑,然后详细介绍了铟镓砷光电探测器骨架的设计步骤,这对硅光电二极管的骨架设计同样有用。文中还附上了实物照片,以便于感兴趣的读者参考。
A trap optical detector has the advantages of enhancing a response signal and reducing the reflectance of the measured signal. So, it has found more applications over the past 20 years. In this paper, the theoretical consideration of the polarization removement in this frame design is explained and then the design steps of an InGaAs photoelectric detector frame which are also useful for a silicon photoelectric detector are presented in detail.
