摘要
参照日本住宅调查的方式和某些项目，结合北京市的实际情况，于1996年夏进行了一次基本调查。统计分析结果如下，供研究住宅政策及规划与住宅设计参考。
Referring to the investigation ways on Japanese apartments and some projects,we made an investigation into apartments in Beijing on the whole in last summer, in the light of specific conditions in Beijing. The following analysis of statistics may be an aid to the planning, designing and policy science of housing.
