北京建工学院南区教工住宅方案套型平面设计探索

On the Design of Unit-Plan of Staff's Apartments in Campus

住宅，与人的生活息息相关；我院的教工住宅，与我们教职工的利益密切相关，下笔千钧。基于高地价、高建筑度密度地段等的特定用地条件，院方对住宅套型设计方案的要求，以及我国现阶段对住宅设计所倡导的“以人为核心”的设计思想，对住户的使用方便舒适程度等方面的考虑，经过多方案比较，形成现单体平面及套型方案。本文着重介绍套型平面方案。

Dwelling houses are closely related to human life. Our stafrts apartments will influence their daily lives. Under special conditions of rising land price and being in highdensity area, especially by our directors' requirements and the principle 'All for the human being', we are required to design a convenient and easy housing unit, Comparing with many other units, we have determined a final plan, In this paper we will specially introduce this model.
