TLR2与TLR4在大肠癌组织中的表达特点

Expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in colorectal carcinoma

目的观察Toll样受体2(TLR2)和Toll样受体4(TLR4)在大肠癌组织和大肠癌细胞株上的表达特点。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测70例大肠癌组织和配对癌旁相对正常组织TLR2,TLR4的表达,采用免疫荧光流式细胞术检测TLR2,TLR4在大肠癌细胞株Lovo和SW480细胞上表达的平均荧光强度及阳性细胞率。结果TLR2在大肠癌组织上的表达明显强于癌旁组织(2=13.629,P=0.003),而TLR4的表达在大肠癌组织与癌旁组织差异无显著性(P>0.05)。根据平均荧光强度及阳性细胞率,TLR2,TLR4在大肠癌细胞株Lovo和SW480上基本无表达。结论TLR2可能与大肠癌的疾病过程密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Toll - like receptor 2 （TLR2） and Toll - like receptor 4 （TLR4） in colorectal carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma cell lines. Methods The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in 70 specimens of colorectal carcinoma and para - tumor tissue was determined by SP immunohistochemistry. Direct immunofluorescent flow cytometry was used to detect TLR2/TLR4 positive cell percentage and mean fluorescence intensity （MFI） in colorectal carcinoma cell lines Lovo and SW480. Results The intensity of TLR2 expression was significantly higher in colorectal carcinoma tissue than in that in para - tumor tissue（ %2 = 13. 629, P = 0. 003）, whereas the difference in intensity of TLR4 expression was not statistically significant. There were scarce expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in Lovo and SW480 cells. Conclusion The expression of TLR4 may be closely associated with the course of colorectal carcinoma.
