CK19和CEA mRNA表达与乳腺癌浸润和微转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA表达与乳腺癌浸润和微转移的相关性。方法收集乳腺癌手术前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node,SLN)、术前外周血标本40例,应用免疫组化法检测CK19和CEA mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达。结果CK19和CEA mRNA的表达与肿瘤细胞分化无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移、TNM分期具有相关性。CK19和CEA mRNA表达存在相关性(P<0.01)。结论CK19和CEA mR-NA的阳性表达可作为预测乳腺癌微转移潜能的生物学指标,且CK19和CEA mRNA的表达存在相关性,协同表达预示乳腺癌具有较强的侵袭转移能力,联合检验有望成为预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移和浸润能力的有价值的手段。
