原发性高血压患者血清白细胞介素-18水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的相关性。方法入选EH患者80例,正常对照组55例。高分辨超声测定CIMT作为大血管动脉粥样硬化(AS)程度的指标,同时检测血清IL-18水平;分析IL-18与CIMT之间的关系。结果①与正常对照组相比,EH组的血清IL-18水平显著增高(P<0.01),CIMT显著增厚(P<0.01)。EH组内比较,CIMT正常亚组血清IL-18水平显著低于CIMT增厚亚组(P<0.01)。②直线相关分析显示,IL-18与CIMT呈正相关(P<0.01)。③以CIMT为因变量进行多重逐步线性回归分析,排除其他相关危险因素的干扰后,IL-18与CIMT的相关关系仍然存在(P<0.01)。④以CIMT增厚与否为因变量进行非条件Logistic逐步回归分析,筛选出IL-18为CIMT增厚的独立危险因素。结论血清IL-18水平与EH患者CIMT具有显著相关性,此相关性独立于其他相关危险因素,是EH患者CIMT增厚的独立危险因素。提示IL-18参与了EH患者AS病理过程,且其水平的高低与AS严重程度有关,可作为早期EH患者并发AS的预测及监测指标。
