探索洋山港码头现浇混凝土面层施工质量精细化的创新途径

Meticulous Control of Construction Quality of Wharf's Cast-in-situ Concrete Pavement in Yangshan Port

从对华东地区,尤其是洋山一期工程码头面层裂缝成因的系统总结分析入手,对洋山三期码头面层质量控制从设计、施工、管理等各方面所采取的针对性改进措施进行了系统的阐述。通过全过程质量精细化控制管理,三期工程在码头现浇混凝土面层裂缝防治方面取得了宝贵的经验。

Starting from the systematic analysis of the causes of wharfs facing cracks of eastern China area, esp. Yangshan Phase I Project, this paper expounds systematically the improvement measures in design, construction and management. Through whole-process meticulous quality control and management, precious experience concerning crack prevention in wharfs concrete facing has been achieved from Phase Ⅲ Project.
