摘要
目的 通过对FVB小鼠的不同日龄的体重动态变化的观察,找出其生长发育的特点,为进一步的研究提供基础资料.方法 对不同日龄、不同代数、不同胎次的体重,进行统计学处理和分析.结果 FVB小鼠第一、二、三代之间不同日龄体重比较中,21日龄第二代与第一代比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）;第一胎和第二胎平均体重比较中,FVB小鼠0日龄第二胎与第一胎比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论 FVB小鼠的不同日龄的体重变化,与其它小鼠的品种基本相似,符合生长发育一般规律.
Objective Growth and delvelopment of FVB mice , Via the observation of the changes in body weight at different ages is recognized, In hope of providing indispersible information to further resarch. Methods Body weights of FVB mice were processed and analyzed staffstically in terms of different days, generations and parities. Results A comparison of the body weights in the three generations are conducted, from which the following results were obtained. There was significant difference between the second generation at day 21 and the first generation （P 〈0.01 ）. In addition, there was significant difference on the average body weight between the first and second birth at day 0 （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Changes in body weights of FVB mice at different ＇ages are similar to other mice breeds in accordance with the patterns of growth and development.
