针对磷矿湿磨机进口与进料弯头密封处漏矿浆严重、弯管内矿料易堵塞的情况,将进口密封结构形式改为迷宫式密封,并在进矿弯管上增开压缩空气管接口。改进后,消除了进口密封漏矿浆及弯管内堵矿问题,避免了矿浆浪费,减少了检修次数。

Concerning big leakage of the mine slurry at the seal of the phosphorite wet miller inlet and feed syphon, the mine materials in the siphon is easy to be blocked, the imported seal structure is amended to the labyrinth structure. After the improvement, mine slurry leakage from the imported seal and blocking in the siphon is eliminated to avoid the mine slurry waste and reduce maintenance times.
