地区学院系级资料室建设的思考

On the Establishment of the Department Reference Room in Regional College

地区学院升本后,资料室建设严重滞后,不适应外延扩张、内涵发展和层次提升的办学要求,存在的主要问题有:图书资料量少质劣;自动化、网络化、数字化程度低;管理人员专业素质普遍偏低。为此,应调整系级资料室的发展思路和方向,采取新的对策:更新观念、提升管理水平、提高服务效益、构建现代化管理系统,尽快实现自动化、数字化、网络化。

After a regional college being an undergraduate college,the refemce-room whose establishment lags behind can not meet the developmental need of the entension,intension and improvement of the schooling.The key prpblems are as follows：few and poor-quality books and materials,low-level automotization,networkization and digitalization,and lacking of qualified professional managerial personnel.So the college should readjust the developmental idea and direction of the refemce-room of the department,carry out the new pollcy,renew the schooling idea,imrove the management and servlce,establish the modernized managerical system,and realize the automotization, networkization and digitalization as soon as possiblle.
