磨削法治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床研究

The clinical Research of demabrasion treating the deep Ⅱdegree burns

目的研究磨削法治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选取210例深Ⅱ度烧伤病人在伤后1～3天内分别采用传统削痂法和磨削法，比较愈合时间和瘢痕形成情况。结果深Ⅱ度创面采用磨削法可缩短病人愈合时间（P〈0．05），同时也抑制了创面瘢痕增生。结论磨削方法简便、易行、手术出血少、损伤轻，既可祛除坏死组织，又可最大程度保留残存皮肤及皮岛，缩短创面愈合时间，抑制瘢痕形成。

Objective To observe the effect of deep Ⅱ degree burns wound treated by demabrasion. Methods 210 cases deep Ⅱ degree burns injuries were operated by demabrasion and traditional tangent within 1 - 3 days, compared by healing time and scar formation. Rsults Demabrasion can not only speed the deep Ⅱ degree burns area healing, but also inhabit scar formation. Conclusion The method of demabrasion is sinple and easy. The blood of operation is small , the damage and so on. It can remove the necrosed tissue , protect the remaining skin and the island of the skin, which reduce healing time of second - degree burns and retard scar formation.
