摘要
研究了高砷、硫细粒浸染金精矿浸金新工艺。碱性介质中金属硫化矿物被氧化,产生固相产物层,采用瓷球磨磨削,显著地消除产物层对化学反应的阻碍作用。金的浸出率1h内达968%。
A new technology of leaching fine grain disseminated gold concentrate containing arsenic and sulphur was studied in this paper.The obstruction to chemical reaction coming from the solid phase product layer,which consists of metal hydroxide formed during oxidation of sulphide mineral in alkaline media,was eliminated remarkably by grinding of porcelain ballmill.96.8% of gold was extracted during one step leaching in an hour.
