摘要 介绍了气升式吸附塔的设计基础,在实验室小试的基础上,进行了公斤级间歇试验及吨级连续性扩大试验。同下流式吸附槽对比试验结果表明:在相同表观停留时间下,聚团对金的吸附回收率基本相同,但气升式吸附塔无运动部件,操作维修方便,能耗亦相对较低。为日处理30t金矿的气升式吸附塔CGA工艺选冶厂提供了设计放大的依据。 The basic design of air lift adsorption tower was introduced.The laboratory test,the batch amplified test and the continuous flow test were carried out.Compared with down flow adsorption tank,the recovery of gold by air lift adsorption tower was approximately the same as down flow adsorption tank,but air lift adsorption tower had no motive parts and the operation was more convenient.The test results provided necessary data in designing industrial test plant.
