The effect of chemotherapy on hemoglobin and serum erythropoietin level in cancer patients

摘要 目的分析化疗对肿瘤患者血红蛋白(Hb)和促红细胞生成素(Epo)的影响,指导临床治疗以提高患者的生存质量。方法对18例化疗前后均无贫血(A组)、19例化疗前无贫血而化疗后有贫血(B组)和14例化疗前后均有贫血(C组)患者在化疗前、化疗2周期后和化疗4周期后的血清用ELISA法检测Epo水平。结果①A组在化疗前、化疗2周期后和化疗4周期后血清Epo的水平分别为(14.20±9.42)mu/ml、(17.50±8.89)mu/ml、(16.4±13.80)mu/ml,B组分别为(13.64±8.40)mu/ml、(27.42±21.61)mu/ml、(68.31±50.07)mu/ml,C组分别为:(23.27±10.37)mu/ml、(26.98±16.88)mu/ml、(75.64±50.24)mu/ml。②B组在化疗前、化疗2周期后和化疗4周期后Hb和血清Epo水平差别均有统计学意义;A组Hb和血清Epo的水平差别无统计学意义;C组血清Epo的水平在化疗长时间后差别有统计学意义,而Hb比较无统计学意义。结论化疗可引起部分肿瘤患者Hb的下降和血清Epo的上升,并与化疗时间及化疗前状态有关。 Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapy on hemoglobin (Hb) and serum erythropoietin (Epo) level in cancer patients, and the effect of chemotherapy on cancer patients. Methods The serum Epo level of 51 cases with cancer were detected respectively (before chemotherapy,after two cycles of chemotherapy and after four cycles of chemotherapy). 51 patients were divided three group: group A had 18 cases of cancer patients without anemia before and after chemotherapy,group B had 19 cases of cancer patients without anemia before chemotherapy but were in anemia after chemotherapy and group C had 14 cases of cancer patients with anemia before and after chemotherapy. Results ①The mean expressing level of the serum Epo in group A were (14.20 ± 9.42)mu/ml, (17.50 ± 8.89)mu/ml, (16.4 ± 13.80)mu/ ml respectively. The group B were ( 13.64 ± 8.40 ) mu/ml, ( 27.42± 21.61 ) mu/ml, ( 68.31 ± 50.07 ) mu/ml respectively. The group C were ( 23.27 ± 10.37 ) mu/ml, ( 26.98 ± 16.88 ) mu/ml, ( 75.64 ± 50.24 ) mu/ml respectively. ②There was not significant difference on the mean expressing level of Hb and serum Epo in group A between the three of before chemotherapy ,after two cycles of chemotherapy and after four cycles of chemotherapy. There was significant difference on the mean expressing level of Hb and serum Epo in group B There was significant difference on the mean expressing level of serum Epo ,but there was not significant difference on the mean expressing level of Hb in group C. Conclusion Chemotherapy can lead to the descending of Hb level and the ascending of serum Epo level in partly cancer patients. These changes were correlated with the conditions of patient before chemotherapy and the times of chemotherapy.
