摘要
通过对多种精炼渣系发泡性能的实验室研究,确定了LF埋弧精炼的基础渣组成;根据炉渣结构的共存理论所建立的数学模型,计算出了具有良好发泡性能的精炼渣粘度、界面张力和密度的范围;研制出了发泡剂专利产品;在LF上进行了几百炉次埋弧精炼工业试验,取得了良好的技术经济指标。
On the basis of laboratory experiments on the foaminess of arc-covering slag and the coexistence theory of the slag structure, the optimum composition. of the arc-covering slag for ladle furnace are determined. A series of foaming reagent prescriptions have been developed and applied for the patent of P. R. China. The industrial experiment of the arc-covering refining slag has been made with several hundred heats, and good technico-economic indexes have been obtained.
