摘要
通过合金元素及热处理工艺的变化,对弥散硬化型无磁模具钢的组织与性能进行了研究,从而开发出了一种成本较低的无磁模具钢。经1180℃固溶、700℃时效后,硬度(HRC)可达48,相对磁导率(μr)=1.0056,而吨材料成本则比目前国内通用的7Mn15Cr2A13V2WMo钢下降数千元,耐磨性提高约38%。
A study on the structure and properties of precipitation hardening non-magnetic die steel has been carried out with different alloy compositions and heat treatments. A new type of non- magnetic die steel with a hardness of 48 (HRC) has been successfully developed after aging at 700 ℃ and solution treatment at 1180℃. Its relative permeability is 1.0056, thus the steel is equivalent to existing non-magnetic steels, but the cost of it is lower. The wear test indicated that the wear resistance of it is 38% higher than that of some non-magnetic die steel.
