摘要
通过模拟实验和理论分析研究了各种参数对切分时轧件尾部不开裂、切分宽展、切分弯曲和切口质量的影响,并给出变形的计算式,从而可以获得最佳切分轧制效果。
By simulation test and theoritical analysis, the effect of various rolling parameters on cracking widening, bending at the end of the piece and the quality of slit has been studied for the slit rolling by roll wedge, thus the calculation formulae for strain and optimum slit rolling parameters are obtained.
