氧风洗喷嘴的研制及在连续炉焊钢管生产中的应用

摘要 探讨了用氧风洗技术提高带钢边部温度的可行性、合理性及安全性。通过理论计算及实际测量证明,氧风洗可提高带钢边部温度80~90℃,比用压缩空气风洗提高2.4倍,从而为轧制不同规格的钢管开辟了广阔的前景。 The applicability, reasonableness and safety of the oxygen scrubbing to reheat strip edge have been discussed. It has been proved by calculation and measuring in practice, that oxygen scrubbing is able to heat up the strip by 80~90℃, which is 2.4 times larger than that of compressed air scrubbing. This technology may be used in welded tube production.
