摘要
探讨了以钢的酸洗废液为原料,制取高密度高质量磁记录介质等用针状超细金属磁粉的工艺过程与影响因素;成功地以首钢冷轧三车间的硫酸酸洗废液为原料,研制出性能优异的针状超细金属磁粉。该工艺不仅可治理酸洗废液的污染,而且可变废为宝,为钢厂酸洗废液的利用与治理开辟了新途径。
The technological process and parameters of preparation acicular superfine metallic magnetic powders of high density recorder from waste pickle of steel products has been discussed and high quality powders have been successfully made from the waste pickle of Shougang corp.. The process is a new way to utillize comprehensively waste pickle of steel products.
