摘要
为适应铁路运输向高速重载发展,车轴钢必须降低硫含量,减少钢中夹杂物以净化钢质。本文根据300t顶吹氧碱法平炉冶炼的车轴钢,在100t钢水罐内进行渣洗、喷吹CaO合成粉剂、吹氩等炉外精炼脱硫试验所取得的数据,分析了顶渣成分,钢中AIS、[O]、[Al2O3]、罐衬材料等对脱硫效率的影响,并提出了进一步提高精炼脱硫效率应采取的措施。
In order to follow the development of the rail way transport into high-speed and heavy load, it is necessary to reduce Si in car axle steel and to decrease in-clusions for cleaning it. Based on the data obtained in the expereiment of desulphuriza-tion by secondary steelmaking-slag washing, Cao synthetic powder injection and Argon blowing into a 100t molten steel ladle, which holds molten car axle steel made in a 300 t top blowing basic open hearth, the effect of top slag composition, Als, [O], [Al2O3] and material of ladle lining on desulphurizing efficiency is analyzed in this article and measures to be taken for further raising desulphrizing efficiency are presented as weIl.
