降凝剂装置聚合反应过程及实现

摘要 降凝剂生产过程比较复杂,涉及时序控制、批量控制等多种控制方式,而且过程参数的控制要求非常严格,其中,聚合为最关键的工艺过程。针对工况,根据不同反应阶段的特点使用不同的控制方案,实现聚合釜反应的温度、压力控制,并根据工艺过程作出了时序控制框图。 The production process of the reducing condensate agent is very complicated, involved control methods such as sequence control, batch control etc.. The requirement for process parameters is very strict. The polymerization is a key process. The temperature control, pressure control for the reactor is realized by applying different control scheme according to characteristics in the different reaction stage. The sequence control diagram is made according to the process.
