摘要 以石油化工为代表的连续生产装置对平稳性要求越来越高,其重要负荷电机通常采用双机互备方式配置,单纯采用电动机再启动控制系统已经不能满足需要,只有在再启动功能的基础上增加自动切换功能,才能使备用机起到真正的备用作用。介绍了以PLC为核心的电动机分批再启动和自动切换控制系统,重点介绍该系统的硬件组成和软件设计。 Because of the higher requirement for the running smoothly in the continuous production, such as petrochemical industry, the method of double-motors and stand-by each other has always been adopted during the important load running. It can not meet the requirement simply by motor restart control system any more. Only if the auto-changing function added on the base of restart system, the stand-by action can be played actually. The control system of motors batch restarting and autochanging, realized by PLC as its core technology, is introduced, focus is hardware composing and software design for this system.
