公路工程项目交工验收前,各参建单位特别是施工单位需相互配合、精心组织、各司其职,并相互监督协调,集中精力作好项目收尾的管理工作,尽早使工程项目发挥投资效益。

Before the final checking and official accepting of the highway project, all concemed parties, especially but not restricted to the contracted builder need to work closely with other involved parties and give their full support to the others. In order to ensure the profit retum on the invested project as early as possible, all parties should focus on improving and bettering its management during the project closing, this means to carefully organize its own work and resume its duty fully, while at the same time supervise and co-operate with other parties.
