On Understanding the Essence of Human Beings in Karl Max

马克思运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法从“现实的人”出发,深刻揭示了人的本质。他认为人的本质是一切社会关系的总和,劳动是人的本质活动。但是马克思对人的本质的认识也是有一个过程的。目前政府在现代化建设中提出了科学发展观的理念,其中以人为本是科学发展观的核心,深刻把握马克思关于人本质的理解对于更好的领会科学发展观的内涵具有重大现实意义。

Karl Marx demonstrated the essence of human beings from ＂the real man＂ in detail. He believed that the essence of human beings was the sum total of all the social relationship, and the labor practice was the essence practice of human beings. However, there must be a growing process for Marx in understanding the essence of human beings. This paper will try to demonstrate the real essence of human beings and its realities from the process and the relationship between the essence and the all-round development of human beings.
