以浙江湖州吴兴区近几年农村公路的管养为研究对象,分析探讨农村公路养护管理形式以及如何建立长效养护管理机制问题,提出了农村公路“有人管、有人养、有钱养”的具体措施。

The article based on the local country road rehabilitation, built in the last few years. By comparing many rehabilitation organizations and their administrative forms, and discussing what kind of rehabilitated organization for longterm period, advance a new concrete measure, i. e the unity of manpower, administration and funds.
