摘要
从组织创新的背景入手,对组织创新的形式、测量方法、影响因素及其与创新绩效的关系进行了分析,最后针对文献分析结果,指出进一步研究值得注意的几个问题。
This thesis starts with the background of organizational innovation. Analysis is made for the form, method of accessment, influence factors and the correlation with the innovation performance. Finally, based on the review of study, it puts forward several questions which need consideration in further research.
