高等农业院校服务社会主义新农村建设的思考

On Agricultural Colleges and Universities Serving the Construction of the New Rural Areas

农业科技进步是推动农业和农村经济发展的主要动力。我国高等农业院校经过长期的建设和发展,体系健全,科技力量雄厚,基础设施完备,教学、研究手段先进,已经成为人才培养、科技创新和农业科技成果转化的重要基地,成为社会主义新农村建设的强大科技支撑。本文通过介绍河北农业大学太行山道路和西北农林科技大学以大学为依托的农业科技推广模式,提出了高等农业院校为新农村建设服务要解决科技源、成果转化路径和条件保障等三个问题的建议。

The advanced - technology of agriculture is the main force in developing the agriculture and the economy of rural areas. Agricultural colleges and universities in our country, which have perfected its system, improved its technology, completed its infrastructure and after several years of developing, have been an important place for training, technical innovation and transformation of the agricultural hi - tech achievement to support the construction of new rural areas. By introducing extension mode of agricultural science and technology in He Bei Agricultural University and Northwest A＆F University, this paper suggests that the agricultural colleges and universities should serve the construction of the new rural areas in solving the problem in agricultural technology, transferring the technical achievement and giving certain supports.
