The technological renovation capacity of an enterprise depends on such microcosmic factors as the system of renovation, fundamental conditions of science and technology, management strategy, etc. An effective way to enhance such capacity is to invest main efforts in constructing the system of technological renovation, improving the needed conditions, searching effective renovation mode as to create favorable environment for its development.
